The location is a bit far from tourist spots but handy for commuting and shopping. Prices are higher than other hotels in the same category.

The hotel is well situated in the Jing‑An district, close to high‑end shopping and restaurants. The furnishings are lovely, mixing traditional Chinese and modern elements. Breakfast and service were great. I shared a room with my son, and the doors separating our room from the bathroom were not opaque.

The room was fantastic, the staff were great and extremely helpful. My daughter is celiac, and they went out of their way to accommodate her needs.

The PuLi really impressed us. The hotel is beautiful, calm and very cozy. Rooms are fresh, spacious, with a modern Asian interior. Breakfasts are excellent, wide selection, food really tasty. The location was especially liked; there are many shops and restaurants nearby, easy to walk around. Plus there’s no noise or crowds like on Bund, which was a big plus for us. Huge thanks to Camille for her help and attention throughout our stay. She was always in touch and helped with any questions. I also visited the spa and had a fantastic Chinese massage with master Desi. She’s great, I loved everything. We left with wonderful impressions of the hotel. We’ll gladly stay here again on our next trip to Shanghai.
