The people are wonderful! Nathalie is always available, and everyone else was really kind and welcoming, even with our dog everything was perfect. The location is stunning and the atmosphere fantastic. Highly recommended! The breakfast could use a yogurt or fruit option, and the room cleaning—changing sheets and towels—could be improved.

During my six nights, the hotel never provided room cleaning or linen changes until I left, despite repeatedly asking and telling the owner from day one that the towels were dirty. The ventilation system in the room with its attached bathroom is broken, so I had to keep the door open to let out moisture and odors. Every morning for all six days I ate only a brioche and half a baguette with coffee; there was no yogurt or fruit offered. The pool lacks towels, forcing us to use the shower towels found in the room, which take a lot of effort to dry if used more than once a day. The room, though huge and very modernly furnished, contains only a fridge with two metal mugs and no kettle to make hot drinks. The bathroom offers no shampoo or soap. There is no Wi‑Fi, and using a phone in the room is impossible because the network has no signal. None of the issues I raised with the owner were ever resolved. Guests staying only a night or two might not notice, but after a week we noticed many shortcomings, especially in cleanliness and hygiene, that any accommodation under European regulations should not have. We will never return.
