They charged a deposit nearly twice the room rate and never refunded it early as promised. The towels had a terrible smell, and breakfast service was almost non‑existent.

The hotel felt beautifully comfortable with a wonderful view over the city, and the staff were efficient. The bed was good, the bathroom lovely, and I had a great time, especially enjoying the spectacular lobby.
