Very quiet and private. Where to start? After posting this mixed review I’m sure the company will reply supportively, but we felt the company’s business‑like approach let us down. The owner and his son (I think) came to sort a few issues—they were nice but spoke very little English, so all communication had to go through Ideal Properties Mallorca, which felt very business‑like. I asked for taxi help because a family of six struggled with the Mallorca app in the first few days, but they said it was high season and they could do nothing. We also asked for a blanket or two for warmth when sleeping, but were told we couldn’t have one because of the air‑con. For the cost of over £3000 for the week, these small things could have been handled better than just via WhatsApp. I called once but was told to use WhatsApp because of signal, but it was better when we spoke. There was a broken fridge, the jacuzzi and Wi‑Fi were very intermittent, and they did try to fix these (a new freezer/fridge was delivered when I alerted them it didn’t work). We were disappointed that the company wasn’t more understanding—it felt like we were doing business with them and they were just customers. The owner was a nice man who did his best, but he would be paying the company to sort all issues and it would have been better if they had spoken to us in person or visited the property instead of back‑and‑forth on WhatsApp. I’m sure they’re busy, but this was our annual summer holiday. Finally, the tennis court is quite… (text cut off).
The central location of the accommodation made it easy to visit the island. All the equipment was complete (tennis, ping‑pong, pool…). The pool water was very cold.
“Charming Villa”
I loved the charm and style of the villa. We are a family of six adults and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and table tennis. We spent a great deal of time relaxing and sitting underneath the veranda at the large table, sharing food and drink. The beds were comfortable and the showers were powerful. It is quiet around the villa and I had the best nights sleep, better than I've had for a long time! It was a good location for exploring the north of the Island, sitting between Pollenca and Puerto Pollensa. We had hired cars, an essential for this villa. I would love to stay there again
“Heerlijk!”
A wonderful house with a fantastic garden in a nice quiet spot. The house has all comforts: air‑co in the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice sofa in the living room, and a large dining table. The garden is truly great, with a lovely canopy, a large dining table with chairs, a ping‑pong table, and a foosball table. The pool has plenty of loungers (not heated). A beautiful open garden house with another dining table and another bathroom and toilet. The biggest highlight was the tennis court, which we used a lot with the kids. Tennis rackets and balls were provided. There’s also a basket, but the basketball is soft (so bring a ball pump). The football goals we saw in a photo weren’t there, but we didn’t miss them. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Perfect house for a week in Mallorca for a family with two kids (9 and 12). The house is in a quiet area surrounded by small streets. Nearby are nice beaches (Playa de Formentor was our favorite, but Cala Sant Vicenc was great and Playa de Alcudia was a good beach). Nice places to visit and eat: Alcudia (old town) and Pollenca.
“Perfecte uitvalsbasis”
The location, quiet, tennis court, garden. Nothing else.
