Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The place looked nothing like the photos, which seemed to be heavily filtered or taken when the property first opened. The room had a mix of humid and chemical odors, and the bedding had stains. The bathroom was also unclean, with mold and old residues. While the receptionist was kind and understanding of our situation, I wouldn't recommend this place for families or young children.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to Carlos, the host, who was always welcoming and helpful. The grounds were lovely, and I enjoyed the simple breakfast each morning. However, the pool water was cloudy, and the property seemed dated. Unfortunately, the shower didn't have hot water, and the distance to nearby restaurants required a taxi ride.
