The location is perfect, and the staff—especially Yakup—are amazing and friendly. They’re gentle, the nights are quiet, and the guests are nice, neat, and elegant, even though it’s not a 5‑star hotel. The receptionists are patient and help with everything you need, treating you like family.

The hotel has a good location with many nearby restaurants, which is very convenient for dining and enjoying the area. An extremely disappointing experience! I strongly recommend against this place. The online photos are very misleading and do not reflect reality at all. When we arrived, the reception was tiny and unwelcoming. Shockingly, the front desk offered us a room at €150 per night, while the same room was listed online for about €50—an utterly unfair price jump that left a bad impression. The room’s hygiene was deplorable: the bedding was dirty with brown stains, the floor was filthy, walls had holes, and some fixtures were protruding. The room was tiny, with no safe for valuables. The bathroom was equally disappointing: the toilet was very small and the shower was so low that my husband, who is 1.90 m tall, had to bend to wash. Cleaning was clearly insufficient; towels and sheets were never changed, and staff only made the bed without proper upkeep. Breakfast was mediocre, lacking any special quality expected from a hotel. Even though the location is relatively central, the main tourist sites, especially the mosques, are about 15 minutes on foot and involve significant uphill walking—an important detail for those with mobility issues. In short, the hotel does not live up to its photos; the questionable cleanliness, unsuitable equipment, and overall disappointment are undeniable.

Buna. Singurul lucru bun .receptionerul.o persoana cu mult respect . In prima zi ne-au dus in alt hotel deoarece ocupasera camera noastra .Socul a fost dupa cand a doua zi nea-u bagat intr-o camera plina de mucegai ,baia ,peretii strat de mucegai .Aceasta camera era camera cu usa de evacuare in caz de incendii. Pe sacrilegio de uncendiu putea intra oricine deoarece usa nu era sigura,se inchidea prost . Baiatul de la receptie EXCELENTA PERSOANA
