“great location”
The staff were super friendly! We booked this very last minute based on availability and were happy it was in the middle of all the action and right on the beach. It's more of a motel on the beach than a hotel/resort, it needs huge renovation, a few million to upgrade, but we were already in vacation mode, going with the flow, and it was fine for a couple nights. a/c issues, the place is falling apart but we didn't care. We crashed here a couple nights before moving islands. the location was great, the staff were friendly, so we didn't care too much about the state of the hotel/motel itself. When in Thailand, just go with the flow
