Almost everything was fine. I didn’t like the air conditioners on the balcony because they made it impossible to stay there when on. The view from the balcony was the train station.

For people who use public transport, the location is very good – just a stone's throw from the station. We had a rental car and there was a place to park. The host was very polite and responsive. A beach umbrella was left. The trains could be heard. No utensils were left. The sink was clogged. The fridge was tiny. It works for a short stay, but for a longer one it wasn’t suitable for our family.

The apartment matched the photos and had a good location. However, a strong sewage smell came from the bathroom, and at times it was hard to stay in the apartment. I told the owner about it, but nothing was done. I know it’s a serious issue that might not be fixed in a day, but it really affected my stay. Overall, the apartment is good, but that problem definitely needs fixing.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the town center, and the parking is free.

I stayed in Tropea and the hotel sits right in the center, which is great. The room was just renovated and there’s a convenient parking spot underneath the building. The only issue was a strong, lingering smell from the drains that I hope the owners can fix.
