“Very secure place”

The area is hilly, far from typical noise, very quiet, with no bars or clubs nearby; the beach is 4 km away but excellent and uncrowded. Ubers were efficient, and the nearest spar shop had limited stock. The air‑conditioning had no remote control.

“I will always come back to this place, there is peace and quiet and close to many places of interest”

The place was comfortable, clean, and the host was very friendly and welcoming. This property is one of the best in Durban.

The place sits smack in the middle of a rural settlement, with the stench of urine and people drinking everywhere. It's not safe at all, so I urge the platform to take the listing down.

I had to pay extra for electricity just to use the heater, and there was no running water—only a bucket for washing. Paying R800.00 a day for that is completely unacceptable.

The area feels safe and secure, with no privacy issues; the place is cosy and comfortable. The owner, Carol, is wonderful, friendly, and exceptionally kind; she even witnessed our wedding ceremony, making our stay truly special. I highly recommend the Orange Leaf as a destination of choice—you won't be disappointed. Initially, we ran into a minor internet problem, but Carol worked hard to fix it and after that, everything else was perfect.
