Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The place is full of students and noisy, so I couldn’t afford to stay there. I told the property manager I wanted to cancel, and he said they wouldn’t refund me, yet I left and booked elsewhere. They should have stated on the website that the property is shared with students and shown real pictures.

The location is good, but the shower water is cold.

A guy was smoking ganja in the corridor, and the smoke drifted into my room under the door. I asked the cleaning lady to give me something to put under my door, but she never did, so I had to use the hotel’s blacker to block it because I was getting dizzy. People smoking in the corridor should have a designated area, and the water was not hot while I was fighting a flu. Note that it was raining, and I had to shower with lukewarm water.

The comfort and cleanliness are great, but there is noise around the place; they played music until 1 a.m.

The place was spotless and easy to get to, giving me a perfect 10/10.
