The location is great, but the elevator is very strict about entry.

Breakfast was a varied buffet and quite satisfactory, the vehicle was parked in the parking lot, and the center of town was nearby. On Monday there were fewer attendants, which made it hard to handle guest requests between breakfast services (bread, jam, fromage blanc, butter), individual bar orders, and hotel reception duties; rooms on the side of the market were noisier, there was no kettle in the room to make hot drinks independently, and the fourth‑floor rooms were cramped with no balcony to enjoy breakfast in the room.

The location is not too far from the beach, the parking (with a narrow entrance), the décor, the staff, and the breakfasts are all nice. The lack of air‑conditioning, the early‑morning noise from the market in front of the hotel, and the very small room are the downsides.
