The staff were friendly, the atmosphere pleasant, and the location in the wine-growing area was super beautiful, but the butter came wrapped in aluminum foil.

The location is excellent for day trips, even by bike. The breakfast buffet is rich and very good. Half‑board offers a varied, high‑quality 5‑course menu. The indoor and outdoor pools and the entire wellness area are very pleasant and clean. The outdoor grounds are beautiful and well‑maintained. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. We can only recommend this hotel.

We booked a 6‑day stay and enjoyed a very nice, quiet, relaxing time. The hotel is situated nicely between vineyards and apple orchards, with other houses and estates visible but not disturbing. We took a few pleasant rides on the gravel bike. There is an extra section in the underground parking for bicycles, with electricity and a pump included. On bad‑weather days, you could also take the bus to Bolzano with the guest card without any trouble. The highlight is the beautiful natural water pool with an infinity view of the mountains; I especially liked that you could swim there as early as 7 am. The rooms and the whole hotel are very clean, and our room had a lovely terrace. Breakfast and the half‑board dinner are also highly recommended. On not too bad weather, the terrace is always wonderful. The whole place thrives thanks to the very dedicated and friendly staff who were never intrusive. Overall, we were very satisfied. Everything was good.
