“Very badly experience”
The property is not in good conditions, its smell so bad and the room wasn’t clean enough. I arrived the 1st night and I can’t staying. I requested a cancellation and stilled waiting for the property response. I sent messages and call several times to the property management but without any response. It was an horrible experience, not recommended to anyone

Flies swarmed the breakfast buffet and the food; the room’s electrical outlets had no covers; the room wasn’t clean at all; the pool was closed; the hotel smelled bad and everything felt very dated.
“Just a place to sleep!”
The fruit was not fresh, but the rooms could use an update.
“After a month and half of my vacation ending in Hamden area, it did not accomplish my expectation.”
The garden was poorly maintained, the room felt outdated, mold was visible in the bathtub, a towel was hanging, a musty odor lingered, the breakfast area was crowded, and the parking lot had a “dope” smell.
“This hotel was not clean I did not get a good night rest”
