Resumen de esta reseña
The customer service was good and helpful.

The breakfast was minimal and disappointing, and the overall quality was substandard. I found no bath soap or washcloths, trash in my room, and none of the pillowcases were on the pillows—everything lay on the desk. I had to make the bed myself. The pillows smelled like smoke, and the ceiling above the AC unit was dirty, which was very disappointing.

The breakfast was decent, but the TV didn't work and the room smelled like dog poop.

The room was spotless and the layout worked well for me, but the parking was a hassle because there weren't enough spots up front. The front desk staff seemed more focused on joking with each other than on checking me in, though I appreciated their smiles after a rude guest. The hallways were dirty, and the third‑floor corridor had a strong smell of dog urine and cigarettes. Stains covered the curtains on the room windows, and the breakfast buffet was poorly maintained—people couldn't clean up their food and trash was spilling onto the floor.

The location is convenient just off the interstate, yet the place clearly needs major repairs; the TV didn't work properly and the housekeeping service was subpar.
