The person who handled my online booking was polite, but the rest of the stay was terrible. The toilets were unhygienic, the bar and restaurant were poorly maintained, the supporting staff were very unwelcoming, and it seemed the management cared little.

Staff at the reception was courteous. We were charged 300 extra per room mentioning we had booked non ac rooms. However it was not mentioned in the page of one of the worst hotels I have been to in my life. There are only 2 staff members in the whole premises. Washrooms were dirty and bed linen too were filthy and torn. .must audit and should furnish a response publicly on how you charge such high rentals for a below average property

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the location was very convenient, and the staff provided good service. However, the hotel's facilities seemed outdated, and while the room was clean and tidy, the towels and bed sheets were old and in need of replacement. Compared to other hotels in the area with similar prices, this one needs to step up its game. Despite some drawbacks, I would say it was a decent experience overall.
