The place is well‑located, but it took 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk when I arrived, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the outside doors rattled all night.

Nothing positive; the place was filthy, in a horrible location—an old truck‑stop parking lot with sketchy people walking around. I had to find another hotel, tried to cancel and get a refund, and I’m still waiting for a response.

it was very warm in the building. we were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. there was a slight cigarette smoke smell, and wet dog smell in the room. the bathroom mirror looks like it had not been cleaned in awhile

It’s cheap and right off the highway, but it needs some updates—replace the old furniture, fix hair in the bathroom ceiling, and repair the floor. I realize it’s a budget hotel, but my experience here and at the Dublin, Ohio location has changed my mind about future bookings.

The furniture was very worn and shabby, and the rooms smelled; even though they looked clean, everything felt sticky. The tub drain plug was not attached and didn’t work. Old patches on the door and frame showed where previous locks had been removed. The outer doors to the hallways were never locked and seemed unmonitored for safety. The blackout curtains were so worn that there were many holes and cracks. Breakfast offered only two cold cereal choices and plain bagels. The bathroom door was basically a sliding barn door with no latch or seal. We were told the poor room choice was because we requested a first‑floor room, while second‑floor rooms were nicer, but we needed a first‑floor room for physical limitations due to a knee injury.
