The hotel sits in Collingwood and is easy to get to, but the check‑in was a bit rough because the clerk wasn’t at the desk when I arrived and we had to call him, which delayed us. The room was somewhat small and sparse, but that’s fine for me and it met my expectations.

The price and location are great, and it’s close to a friend’s place, so I’ll probably return when I visit again. The extra blanket they provided was super soft and amazing, and there were plenty of TV channels. However, the front desk took a while to come out and check us in, and the TV screen quality was a bit poor.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. They advertise complimentary breakfast, yet they haven’t served breakfast since COVID; even the business card on the counter says breakfast is included. It’s not worth the asking price. The shower soaps and shampoos come in tiny packets that are hard to open with wet hands.

The lodging is excellent—quiet, clean, and comfortable—just a few blocks from Collingwood’s main hub, next to biking, hiking, and walking trails on a well‑maintained forested property. It’s not fancy, but it’s solid and decent, making for a great stay.
