The hotel is very well situated near the Strip, offering comfortable accommodation with high‑quality bedding. The location is especially convenient for enjoying Las Vegas, and overall the facilities met our expectations. A billing mishap seriously marred our stay: although I had paid for my reservation beforehand, the hotel couldn’t find the payment in its system and demanded I pay the full amount again at check‑in on 26 September. I was double‑charged for the same booking, which required multiple phone calls and emails with the hotel to resolve. The hotel eventually refunded the duplicate payment, but only after several days of my effort. While the issue was ultimately fixed, I regret that a hotel of this caliber couldn’t handle the situation more efficiently, sparing its guests from unnecessary financial and administrative hassle.
