“Very disappointing experience — not worth the price”
The staff were nice and the pool was the only good thing about the place; unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering how much we paid. The price was far too high compared with the overall experience and the level of service provided. There were only two positive aspects: the staff and the swimming pool. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, and the pool was good. Apart from that, we were very disappointed. The hotel itself is nothing particularly special, and for the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard and a better overall experience. Another very concerning issue was what happened to my children and me during the stay. The first night was completely normal. However, during the second and third nights, I noticed that my children started feeling itchy and repeatedly rubbing their skin. I also noticed small pimples/skin reactions appearing on them. It happened first to one of my children, then to my other child, and later I experienced the same issue myself, particularly on the third and fourth days. I took a video documenting the skin reactions. I cannot say with certainty what caused them — it could have been the bedding, the swimming pool, or something else — but it was very concerning to see the same issue affecting all of us during our stay. This significantly affected our comfort and our overall experience. Another very upsetting issue was the loss of my gold ring. We arrived at night and wanted to park our car in the hotel’s parking area, but we were told that the parking was full and that we should park outside. We followed the hotel’s instructions and parked outside. Later, I realized that I had lost my ring. I had been wearing it when I went to the restaurant, and the restaurant showed us their camera footage, which confirmed that I still had the ring when I went to the car. I therefore believe I lost it somewhere between the car parked outside and the hotel parking area.
