“Bad place”

When we finally checked in, the daughter of the owner, who was not expecting us, had to search for the key, which made the arrival feel disorganized. The pictures on the website were misleading; the place actually looked more like a truck stop than the calm, serene spot it claimed to be. The noise from other guests persisted until the early hours, and the bedding and floor were dirty. There were no teaspoons for coffee, no towels, and when I asked for them I was told that towels weren’t a 5‑star amenity, yet the owner’s daughter eventually sent two towels. The water in other rooms’ showers was so dirty that it leaked into my own shower, and the doors were held together with welding pieces. Overall, this was the worst place I have ever stayed, and I was very disappointed.

“Lephalale”

The owner and his son were very friendly and helpful, but the noise from other guests was a problem; they drank and played loud music well past midnight, which made it hard for me to rest during my business trip. The rooms needed better cleaning—bedding was not clean, and the big pillows had a horrible smell. The sheets could use an upgrade, and the toilet paper quality was lacking.

The air conditioning worked well, but there was no television, the curtains were dirty, and the bedding was also in poor condition.
