The host was a hospitality professional who mastered all the skills of good service, sensed exactly what we needed, and the rooms—though a bit dated in design—were very clean and fully equipped; the jacuzzi with a glass of wine was a must‑try, and the classic French cuisine (Escoffier) was honest and superbly flavored, with beautiful regional wines completing the experience.

Dany and Nicolas welcomed us warmly and treated us to a lovely dinner; the location is very relaxing and quiet, with a view over the river—definitely coming back.
