Cordiality, cleanliness, very convenient location for walking around the whole center. Huge, spotless room and good breakfast. The bathroom was small and had some minor work needed.

The spot was spot-on, and Fabio kept up with us. The room was solid and the beds were as firm as any in Sicily, but that was fine. We were surprised by how quiet the room was in Palermo, and the cappuccino each morning was top‑class. Finding the place was a nightmare, though—GPS put it across the street and Palermo addresses are confusing. Other BnBs show photos of the door and give clearer directions; that would have helped. We ended up a few blocks away, sharing our live location with Fabio until he finally guided us. The door lock was so sticky the next day that we thought we had the wrong key, and Fabio had to come from his home to get us in. He seems to have fixed it now. The fruit at breakfast was a bit old.

The location is outstanding, Fabio is a perfect host, and we received a lot of useful information for our stay in Palermo. We especially appreciated the authentic vibe of the building where the accommodation was. The sound insulation is superb, so even though it’s only a few hundred meters from the pedestrian area, you can sleep well. Breakfast is basic but enough to start the day. It would be nice to have a kettle.
