The staff were friendly, but the cleanliness was zero; the rooms were not the same as in the pictures.

The location is excellent and the staff are very nice. When we arrived, the first room we were given had a broken air conditioner. We were then moved to a second room, but unfortunately we found cockroaches in the bathroom and on the carpet. Eventually we were moved to a better room, but even then the bathroom had visible mold and was extremely old and poorly maintained. Breakfast was acceptable, but some of the food that was supposed to be served hot was often cold. Overall, our experience was very disappointing. Considering that this is supposed to be a 4‑star hotel, the level of service, cleanliness, and maintenance was far below expectations. In my opinion, it feels more like a 2‑star hotel than a 4‑star property. The staff were friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist us throughout our stay.

I spent a week at this property, enjoying a roomy, tidy suite that was in good shape upon arrival, while the front desk team remained courteous, helpful and consistently polite. Still, the housekeeping fell short, the breakfast menu never changed and lacked variety, and despite the advertised cut‑off at 10:00 am I was turned away from a slice of cake at 9:30 am; a member of the restaurant crew also behaved rudely and unprofessionally. Moreover, the reservation promised complimentary parking, yet I was forced to pay extra for a spot.
