The hotel’s décor is beautiful, staff are very pleasant and helpful, breakfast is very good but could use more options, and the bathroom window lacks full privacy because not all panes are covered, letting neighbours see in at night.

The food was excellent; the only downside was that we were told single beds were booked but a double bed was provided for my Mum and Dad.

The British vibe and soothing atmosphere are great, but there is no elevator.

A nice hotel, the city centre is easily reachable on foot. The breakfast selection was good. The room was very small, and the bed frame felt a bit unstable, shifting as soon as I sat down. Parking is available right outside the door, but you have to pay via a parking machine or an app, and the maximum time is 4 h, which works out to almost €20.
