The room was excellent and had everything you need. The bed was super comfortable, and the room had air conditioning with no noise. Beatriz at reception was very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome; I definitely will return on my next visit. All was good.

The place is perfect for a family of four; we were very happy. We had two connecting rooms, which was ideal, and there was plenty of space to store all our luggage. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially liked the spacious fridge. The location is excellent—there’s a grocery store just a one‑minute walk away, and Hyde Park and Oxford Street are only about a five‑minute walk from the hotel. Two lovely cafés are just around the corner for a morning coffee. Overall, a great place for families and we would definitely stay again. Just a small suggestion: there are many nice restaurants and cafés nearby, so maybe the hotel could partner with one to offer breakfast delivery—a lovely, convenient option for guests.

It’s close to where my son lives and it’s clean. The room is too small and there’s nowhere to put my toiletries in the bathroom.
