“Clean but overpriced hotel. The facilities and service level do not meet expectations”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel in Tulum. On the one hand, the property was immaculately clean, which was a major plus. However, I felt that the prices were radically overpriced, especially considering it's just another hotel in the area. The internet connection was also quite poor, and the restaurant was overpriced with limited options. To make matters worse, the coffee wasn't available until 8 am, and the partial ocean view I had was obstructed by trees with blinking lights outside.

“Une situation de rêve pour quelques jours”

I loved the hotel's beautiful location and stunning beach, and the team were always smiling and professional. However, there were a few drawbacks - a loud generator outside and some noise from the Sargassum on the beach. Despite these minor issues, our stay was overall wonderful, and I appreciated the staff's efforts to make us feel welcome.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel - everything was just good! One thing to note is that the à la carte breakfast comes with a small surcharge, but that's a minor quibble. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and clean. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

“Très belle étape mais une journée complète de forte pluie inattendue en février”

Our room with a sea view was the epitome of luxury, and the immense beach and sublime sea made for a perfect combination. The staff were perfect, always helpful and friendly. However, I did feel that the room price was a bit steep, and the narrow, poorly maintained road leading to the hotel was a bit of a drawback.

“Tulum ist ein Albtraum - Encantada eine Oase”

I loved the hotel's beautiful terrace with a stunning sea view, where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The service was top-notch - friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Our room was spacious and architecturally interesting, and the breakfast and dinner options were delicious. However, I did feel that the price was a bit high, especially given the extra charges for certain breakfast items.
