The only bright spot was the location; everything else felt like a place that should have been shut down. Nothing was useful—completely filthy, toilet paper displayed as a sample, a toilet without a seat, a stinky bathroom! The room was dust‑filled, scorching hot, mattresses infested with bedbugs, and the guest who shared the room with me was covered in bites. I had to practically wash the mattress with alcohol just to sleep. The doors had no locks, leaving us uneasy and insecure about our belongings; anyone could walk into the room. I can’t fathom how “booking” allows such a property on its platform—shameful and completely eroding its credibility.

The staff was super kind and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better—right next to a bunch of restaurants and cafés, with a lovely neighborhood. It’s easy to find and only a 10‑minute walk from the bus station. One of the bathrooms had no light (or at least none we could find), and its door didn’t lock. The upstairs bathroom lacked a toilet seat or lid, making it a bit unsanitary. Even though the room was clean, the sheets and furniture were very old. The lights also stopped working, leaving us in the dark for an entire evening after sunset, including the one right outside the door.

Very attentive and super helpful, they attended to me very well; I’ll return there many more times. At the moment I have nothing to say that I didn’t like.
