The organization and interaction with the golf club were subpar for a resort of this caliber, and some guests behaved poorly—especially children and their parents—making it hard to enjoy a calm, pleasant stay.

The pool was great, the large room was bright and the bathroom was nice. There was no air‑conditioning and the bed felt only average. The staff were really not up to par.

We really liked the location and the parking was super easy to use, plus the bathtub was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The bath products were excellent and the welcome was very friendly and clear. The room had plenty of outlets and light switches, and the breakfast was very good. We didn't like the carpet on the floor – it was dirty and smelled bad. We also disliked that the room had no air‑conditioning, so it was very hot; we had to sleep with the window open and mosquitoes bit us. The room had no information about prices or how to use the minibar, and there were two water bottles available.
