I loved that it's a Christian-owned resort, with Bible verses thoughtfully displayed throughout the property. The interiors are beautiful and cozy, the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, and the location is really convenient. Great value for money as well. Nothing major

I had such a great experience staying at KAZA. The property has a beautiful boutique feel, the location is fantastic, and it’s the perfect place to enjoy everything Siargao has to offer while still having a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to. What really stood out to me was the hospitality. The team was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming. The property itself is stylish, peaceful, and has a great atmosphere. I also loved how convenient the location is — close enough to everything in General Luna, while still feeling like a little escape. Overall, KAZA was a wonderful experience and I would happily stay here again when I’m back in Siargao. Highly recommended! 🌴. None

The property has an on-going construction which is extremely loud. I booked an airport shuttle with the hotel. The driver showed up late, which ultimately made me miss my flight and there was zero accountability by the hotel. As a frequent traveler, I expect nothing more than basic standards of hospitality and accountability, particularly when using a service provided directly by the hotel.

the room is updated, clean and comfortable. I stayed for 10 days and was upgraded so thank you! walking distance to plenty of restaurants on Tourism Road, and access to the beach. The staff are also super helpful and they even suggested a massage service to the hotel and it was VERY GOOD! Highly recommend for the price. They let us order drinks from the restaurant downstairs to have by the pool. the wifi was unstable but I realised this is the case with a lot of places on the island unless you go to a co-working space. so it was difficult for me to work from the hotel
