The hotel was classic and clean, with a warm welcome and a good breakfast, and the parking was close by. However, it took a long time for hot water to come out of the tap, the shower cabin was cramped and mold spores were visible along the edges of the sliding door. I reported this to the owner, who responded pleasantly.

The owners’ welcome was magnificent and they really take care of their guests. The bedding is very comfortable and the breakfast is fabulous (everything is homemade). The accommodation is ideal for a short stay in the mountains, and we will return without hesitation.

The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, offering a rich breakfast and a convenient on‑site parking spot, and the location right in the middle of town was superb.

After a short stay at this gorgeous hotel, we’re already eager to come back; Carla and Mauro, the owners, add real value with their kindness and availability that make you feel at home, and the hotel sits in the heart of Sappada, just steps from everything; the room was comfortable, spotless, and the breakfast was superb. We’ll definitely return and recommend it to everyone. The stay was too brief.
