The accommodation is amazing and super well‑located, very central. Andrea is a host who is super attentive and detail‑oriented. I highly recommend staying here; you’re close to everything, in the heart of Rome. We had a great few days in Rome, partly thanks to Andrea’s good service and guidance. We’ll return! Thank you very much!

The location was perfect — right between the Colosseum and the Vatican. Just in front of the house, there was a restaurant and a coffee shop, so everything you need to start and finish your day is close by. The room was nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had a fantastic time!

Everything was clean, well‑situated, and the staff was excellent. Nothing to add.

The location was fine. The room was freezing and the bathroom outside the room was also freezing, the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were so tight you ended up sleeping on the mattress (not very hygienic). The room door wouldn’t close, so you had to use a chair to keep it shut. There were not enough coffee pods for three days—only four pods for two people.

The location was good. The heating was an issue.
