The shuttle runs 24/7, but there’s no microwave and the room is too small.

The place is clean and pleasant, but I only stayed two nights and saw a sign saying they only take out the trash, fold the beds, and change towels every third day—nothing else is cleaned. They don’t replace items that run out, and the breakfast is very basic.

Close to O’Hare and I‑90, very clean, the room was nice, everything was perfect with the reservation, check‑in was a breeze, the desk was very nice, and the hot breakfast was great—plenty of food and clean even though it was busy. Nothing was wrong; everything was great.

Conveniently located, nice rooms, comfortable beds, and all of the staff were amazing. I will stay here again! No complaints.
