I’ll focus on ♿ “accessibility,” which varies for each person, and overall 98‰ of ADA rooms only meet 70‰ or fewer of the ADA requirements. The room itself was step‑free and the bathroom was spacious enough, but the bathroom mirror was too low to see a full face, and the bed was 25" high. The main serious issue is a ~3" lip in the shower that prevents rolling in, despite a minimal support shower seat. Additionally, the only curb cuts to reach the hotel level are located far back from the lobby, not adjacent to the ADA rooms.
