The location is great, the staff are friendly, and it’s close to transport links, but the front of the hotel is a bus stop, which is handy yet makes taxi pick‑ups and drop‑offs a bit tricky.

We stayed in this hotel twice, because it very good. Start with the location. Great place to stay if you want to explore Singapore. Close to everything. The hotel room is very clean, bathroom is comfortable and has a good water pressure. Room has a kettle and fridge. Bed is very comfortable and has 2 pillows per person. Staff was exceptionally welcoming and kind. They helped us to order taxi to the airport and let us to stay one hour extra for free, because we slept through checkout time

Ten minutes from the metro and the riverside promenade, with a bus stop right under the hotel, but there are no windows, which is noted in the description.
