I’m a solo traveler, so this place worked well for me, but it can get a bit noisy.
The staff were unpleasant and unhelpful, the walls were cardboard so you could hear everything from outside, the hallway light flooded the room, and if it was cold outside you’d feel the chill inside.
The staff were responsive.
The bedding had stains on it.

The location was great and cheap, but the system was awful; they asked us to pay again, even though we had booked and paid by credit card, and they wouldn’t let us in even though we showed our booking.
