The receptionist who checked us in and out was excellent. The restaurant staff… rude… didn’t want to understand us. They honestly just love making extra money off clients who are already spending a lot.

The hotel sits directly on the stunning Lake Malawi, and we stayed in a lake‑front room that made the whole experience very relaxing. There’s an on‑site pool and a restaurant, and the staff were very helpful. The only downside was that the restaurant’s prices were a bit high.
