“Book it, and message them about cleaning.”

Just book it for the customer; the rooms are massive and all are ensuites with big bathrooms. I left the hotel at 08:00 AM and reached the airport parking lot at 08:05 AM, so close. Although the infrastructure is great and rooms were clean, bathrooms did not have any complimentary toiletries, soap or shampoo, towels. Also, the toilet was not clean, but was of good quality and condition, which I feel is more to do with the hospitality.

“Clean, comfy, spacious rooms, nice staff and close to the airport. Value for money.”

The property is located very close to the airport, but it is far from everything else. It’s great for people who need to get to the airport in a few minutes after a good night’s sleep. The staff is very nice, rooms are clean. But the bathroom was missing basic things like shower gel/soap, shampoo, etc.; they did have a handwash. Breakfast is included but I wasn’t able to enjoy it because I had an early morning flight. Should have toiletries in the bathroom.

“Secure, clean and close to the Amritsar Airport”

This is a great place to stay. It is very close to the Amritsar Airport (5 min away), very clean and secure and the room is very big. The staff is very friendly. I can recommend this place and would love to stay here again

The host cancelled our booking a day before saying they don't have water and electricity in the locality. However a friend who booked separately did not receive any such message so it was obviously a lie. At 4.30 am in the morning strange men banged the door of the room where my solo travelling woman friend was sleeping and shouted that this was their room. I was shocked to know of this. Pathetic, unprofessional and unsafe experience
