The bathroom ceiling leaked, dripping onto me and the floor, and every day I came back to debris falling from the ceiling. Several items were broken and the street noise was intense. The front door was poorly secured, with exposed screws that made it easy to tamper with.

The location and clean pool were great, and it was a short walk to the beach and Icon Bali Shopping Center. I wish I could rely on Booking for basic standards; these people do the work for themselves, and thank you for that. I should have read the reviews before!

Our small room had everything we needed, the pool was spotless, and the staff were very helpful. The location was fantastic, breakfast was just across the road, and Mays warung was lovely. Nothing to complain about.
