We ordered breakfast at the hotel, but it was very expensive and the quality was not good. The room booking confirmation showed a total amount of ₹1,038 (including GST), yet at check‑in we were charged ₹1,200. Additional charges were collected without any prior information or clear explanation, which appears to be hidden commission or extra fees. We request a detailed bill explaining the additional charges and an appropriate resolution to this issue.

The bedsheet and towels were the worst, there was no telephone to call the reception, and no room service was available. There was a power cut for almost an hour and there was no generator backup.
