The apartment was spotless and cozy, the pool was nice, and breakfast was good. The owners were very friendly.

I really liked that the place offers a nice spa route, the owners are friendly and welcoming, they provide many services and great company, and the atmosphere feels like home with total relaxation. The breakfasts were excellent, and they gave great tips for visiting nearby cities. The local liquors can be bought on site with tastings, everything is meticulously detailed, and the family history behind the name of the property is lovely. My stay was too short, but that was my fault. ♡

The property sits amid greenery with a well-maintained pool and a super strategic spot for exploring the area: a perfect hub to reach Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Spello, Foligno and Lago Trasimeno! The mini‑apartment is functional, well‑equipped, and clean, with everything needed for a comfortable week‑long stay, including a kitchenette with all utensils and air‑conditioning in the bedroom. The included breakfast each morning is spacious: homemade sweets and the option for savory dishes cooked on request, a real treat! A cherry on top, the hospitality of owners Annarita and Massimo who make an effort to chat with guests every morning! Highly recommended!
