The spot is perfect, surrounded by greenery and quiet, ideal for visiting Cividale, Udine, and the Collio. The new structure is functional, welcoming, and spotless. Breakfast is generous, featuring local and homemade sweet and savory items, never boring. Francesca, the host, is very kind, welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. We wish her the best with her future projects.

We felt incredibly comfortable in this warmly run place. The breakfast was perfect, and Francesca and her husband are great hosts! The rooms were very clean and the bed mattresses were excellent. Thanks for the lovely time!

Francesca as host was super friendly and always available for questions and requests. Her breakfast was very tasty and varied. The rooms and the whole property were very clean and new. For dog owners this is a top choice, as Francesca loves dogs. We recommend the place without reservation.
