The breakfast was excellent—diverse, truly satisfying, and the staff were clean and friendly. The rooms, on the other hand, felt like a “late Gierek” era; the hotel needs upgrades to meet current standards. The bathroom was simply ugly, with old tiles and outdated infrastructure. I found the parking fee of about 30 zł unfair, especially since the parking lot was empty while the hotel hosted dozens of guests. The policy that the right to receive an invoice disappears if I don’t request it a day in advance is unacceptable.

“Great hotel”

Staying here is always a pleasure. The only downside is the restaurant’s slow service; it often takes hours to get food, so it’s better to eat elsewhere.

“Not worth the price.”

The hotel looks old and clearly needs a renovation. There was mold in the bathroom, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the reception was always empty, causing me to wait for check‑in.

The beds were good and we slept well. The rooms were adequately furnished for a 3‑star hotel, but we were bothered by the bar and restaurant being open to the rooms, with voices and entertainment audible in our room. This was unacceptable; I wanted to rest at 23:00 and not hear the “loud” guests.

The hotel organized a wedding party in a place where hotel guests expect quiet. The music and DJ were audible in our room, which was very annoying.
