The trash cans in the room had a separate bin for recyclables, and the environmental effort was clearly displayed, which made me feel good.

The food was fresh and offered a great variety to choose from, and the place was clean.

The room was very small, even by Japanese standards. Temperature control was the biggest problem: the room was stifling hot even when it was mild outside. The AC was central and controlled by the staff, so we couldn't adjust it ourselves, and in practice it was almost never turned on. Opening the windows wasn't an option either, because of a lingering food smell. We also suspect we may have been bitten by bedbugs. We wouldn't stay here again
