The staff were friendly and the service was excellent, and the hotel was clean.

The hotel was fine up to a point, but when we arrived we were given a room in the upper annex because no rooms were available and there was no elevator, which was exhausting, especially after a long day with my belongings; the reception staff behaved very poorly, refusing to provide a kettle or a blanket, and the linens that arrived were dirty, which was disappointing, although the rest of the team—particularly those who carried luggage—were respectful.
