Great spot for this room in the Flaminio district. Free parking on weekends. Well connected to the city centre and only 600 m from the Auditorium Parco della Musica. The host let us in an hour before check‑in. Access is self‑service via the key‑card app. Unfortunately the air‑conditioning in the room was a split system with an internal unit (like a “penguin”) and a vent that expelled condensate onto the open window; the unit made a loud noise that kept us from sleeping, so we had to turn it off and forgo air‑conditioning at night.

The room was cozy, with modern furnishings and a spacious bathroom; the cleanliness was excellent. However, when we arrived we discovered a portable air‑con in the room because the built‑in unit was broken, and it couldn't cool the room enough on those hot days. I must still commend the host for being fair and honest, refunding part of the fee and offering a late check‑out.

“Bene ma non benissimo”

The location was perfect for our needs, especially with the concert at the Parco della Musica auditorium, and the mobile check‑in system worked flawlessly. Unfortunately, the air‑conditioning was not operational (unsure if it was a fault), and the alternatives they suggested—a penguin cooler and a fan—proved inadequate for the day's heat. The shower step had a noticeable gap that I felt was potentially dangerous (I forgot to take a photo, and if it had been fixed I would have been happier for future guests).

The place was clean and conveniently located near the stadium and auditorium. The downside was the lack of air‑conditioning, and the penguin cooler provided minimal relief.
