Location. So noisy with people and cars coming and going , smell of smoke from smokers outside , furniture and beds are very dated and uncomfortable, No SMOKE ALARM or emergency procedures instructions

It was clean, comfortable bed and location was great. The room we had was extremely small. We could hardly more round the bed

It was a good location. The parking is not very good. No central heat. Had to usespace heaters

Very beautiful 😍 quite overnight stay so clean, and lovely staff would stay again perfect room was lovely and warm awesome bed lovely sleepin so quite🥰. Loved everything about the accommodation handy to ferry to shopping 👏 amazing
