I was not satisfied at all because they changed my accommodation, assigning me to the SALUSTIO hotel, which is two kilometres from Termini station, forcing me to spend €30.00 on a round‑trip taxi to the station. I expect a refund for this extra expense. Awaiting a response, best regards.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with enough space for luggage, and the most positive feature was the bathroom curtain that kept all the water inside; it also had a small fridge and the air‑conditioner could cool the room in 10 minutes. It is a bit far from the city centre.

The location is central and close to the Cernaia bus stop. Nothing else.

The location was fine, but when I entered the room I noticed the air‑conditioner was not working. I called the lady, who told me that because of the unforeseen situation I could move to another property five minutes away. I honestly declined, as I had just settled in and it wasn’t worth climbing the steep stairs again or walking through the rain. I didn’t like it at all. I spent the night cold, a terrible experience.

A great little spot close to Termini Station and other bus stops heading to various areas or attractions. The guest house is cozy and located in a quiet building, which was excellent; there is a set of stairs that could be troublesome for people with mobility issues, especially when carrying luggage up, but for us it was no problem.
