The establishment is nice with a beautiful view, but the bedding is not comfortable at all, the mattress is very hard. The accommodation and furniture need renovation or better upkeep.
“Vraiment bof”
The location is great for exploring the rice paddies, the meals are decent, and they paid attention to our 10th wedding anniversary. However, the hotel is old and the poor maintenance shows. We stayed in bungalow 10 (note, it does not lock), and it is quite disastrous for the price we paid. First, we are paired with another room, and there is no isolation; we can even hear snoring because there is no soundproofing, and the irrigation of the nearby rivers creates a racket. But the problem might be the literal holes everywhere? Indeed, the chalet is built with stacked wooden planks that leave gaps on the exterior; you don’t even need to open to look outside, the walls are not fully closed… quite lunar at 60 € per night in this area. The worst, in our opinion, is the housekeeping. In 4 days, the room was never cleaned, which explains the deplorable state of the bathroom and the room overall. When you pay such prices, you expect that level of service. The price seems to be 3 × its real value for accommodation in Asia. In 4 days, the Wi‑Fi never worked. Don’t even try to connect; a phone plan is mandatory to plan your moves/activities. We hope this comment will prompt the hotel to reconsider; seeing the declining ratings, it’s time to act.
“Séjour ressourçant et authentique”
The setting was gorgeous among the rice paddies, truly restorative. We really enjoyed the services like on‑site scooter rental, laundry facilities, and breakfast.
“Très reposant et très joli”
The beauty of the setting is amazing, though it is a bit far from everything.
The staff were friendly, but the building feels old.
