The location was excellent for mountain relaxation and hikes. The place was cozy, clean, and had everything needed; the veranda and courtyard were wonderful, and the electric kettle was a nice touch. Perhaps trimming the lawn in the courtyard would make it even cozier, but the forest vibe felt a bit lost.

We found exactly what we were after: a quiet mountain spot, a lovely cabin stocked with everything you could need, and a short drive from the city. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful.

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and the host was very responsive, letting us drop off luggage before check‑in if we wanted to hit the trail first. It sits right on the Kok Zhailau trail and is easy to reach by Yandex. The cabin has everything you need and the Wi‑Fi is strong. Outdoor furniture looked a bit unkempt, and it would have helped to have a washing machine and a single guide with all the details (how to find the place, etc.) instead of back‑and‑forth messaging.

Our stay was exceptional, thanks to hosts Anastasia and Muslim who were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and always ready to help. Muslim even arranged a surprise birthday cake for my wife and later brought medicine when I fell ill late at night. The on‑site team, Leila and Murad, were also fantastic, keeping us informed and comfortable throughout. The property itself was comfortable, clean, and set in a stunning mountain environment. We’ve stayed at many places while traveling, and the hospitality here ranks among the best we’ve experienced. Highly recommended.
