“Below expectations”

Coffee is 10/10. The best part of this breakfast experience, however, is that the rest deserves attention. I understand that ackee and saltfish is a popular Jamaican breakfast option, but there should be a more substantial alternative for guests who cannot eat ackee because of allergies or other dietary restrictions. During this stay, I was offered vegetables and scrambled eggs instead. While I appreciated the effort to accommodate me, the alternative felt underwhelming, especially when other guests were enjoying the full ackee and saltfish breakfast. A more comparable alternative would help ensure that all guests feel equally considered. Room 116. Sadly, the condition of Room 116 was quite shocking. The room appeared tired, dated and poorly maintained, with old, unattractive tiles and worn furniture. Although the room had an air‑conditioning unit, there was no remote control or convenient way to adjust it. I had to climb onto a counter to reach the button to turn it on, and even then, only a light flow of air came out. There was also no electrical outlet conveniently located near the bed. Another unusual feature was that the bathroom counter and sink were situated within the bedroom itself rather than inside the bathroom. While room layouts can vary, the overall condition and presentation of this room made the experience particularly unpleasant. I strongly recommend that management thoroughly assess Room 116 and undertake a comprehensive renovation before offering it to another guest. In its current condition, I believe it should be temporarily removed from the available room inventory until the necessary improvements have been completed. Paying USD $116 for a room in this condition left me feeling that I had not received fair value for my money.

“Awesome location and the staff was amazing”

The hotel was amazing, and I’ll keep coming back again and again. No complaints.

“We had a really great stay.”

We enjoyed a lovely stay thanks to the staff, especially Roxanne and Lereasa, who went above and beyond to keep us comfortable and happy. The kitchen staff also worked hard to meet my son’s dietary needs. The only downside was that there was no lift.
